Wounded Mind, Fractured Brain

What did you say?

Don't take it personally.

Hhmm, I thought to myself for a moment in silence.  I started to say something but I stopped myself.  I felt like it would be a moot point because I had already taken in personally, I just did not want to explain any further.

I just cannot take all the yelling.  I was yelled and screamed at as a kid, so its difficult for me.

Just scream back!

I stared for a longer amount of time.  I am not comfortable yelling at  anyone, let alone a complete stranger.  I said that I had to go, got on my bike, turned my Sony music player on and road off.  I just could not handle it a minute longer.  My head was throbbing and my nerves were shot. Even being on my bike didn't seem to calm me down.

When I got back home I curled up in bed and closed my eyes.  I had taken one of my pills because I could not take my brain, it was in so much pain.  Flashbacks were not even flashbacks. It was ribbons of film ripping out of the reels and cutting itself on my brain matter.  As I could here it go, "Click, click, click," like an old movie house when the film needs to be changed and it has run completely out of the projector.

I laid there until I fell asleep and dreamt of the nightmare of my life.  I woke in a panic, gasping for air and thinking I was still where I had just been.  Thank god I wasn't, I was at home again.  I had made it back to the house without blacking out.

I have blacked out twice in the past two months.  This is an experience that is not a pleasant one.  I don't know if you are knowledgeable on what happens, but it is just miserable as an adult.  You literally do not remember a thing.  Both times I woke up throwing-up.

My mind has been so badly wounded but yesterday my brain fractured.  It is like falling off a bicycle and re-breaking your leg.  It broke in a weird way, pulled the brain tissue out and splat the memories poured out into the rest of my mind.

I began to think about the fact that people who have had knee replacement, hip replacement or just broke a bone in their arm or leg are treated so much more humanely than those of us with broken brains.  I mean, if you are limping and somebody asks whats wrong and you reply,

Oh, I broke my leg last year and it is really bothering me today.

I'm sorry, that must have been so painful, how did you do it?

I was riding my bike and a car hit me when they ran a red light on Divisadero and O'Farrel Streets.

Oh my God! That is awful.  Did you have to have surgery?

No, it was a compound fracture.

No wonder you are in so much pain, there is a storm coming in off, I heard it is going to rain.

Yea, it seems to get worse when the storms hit.

I read its the rain that really cause breaks to hurt.

Maybe your right, because after the rain finally comes it seem to  get better, maybe its when the barometer drops.

Probably, I hope you feel better.

Thanks,  I'm sure I will.

Whats your name?

James

My name is Annie.
It is nice to meet you.

I'm sure we will talk soon, especially since we seem to be in the same Chef's Class.

Yea, your right, talk to you soon.

A friendship begins all because somebody noticed someone limping in from outside into a classroom.  Which is pretty cool, it was a conversation starter, a way to meet someone new that you did not know and in all reality might develop a friendship with or more.  In our case, our minds have been fractured or at the very least, very badly wounded.  Sometimes we look sad or despondent, we might look relatively normal, even be smiling but the pain inside is always there for us because we cannot seem to get through it.  It just hurts, sometimes it hurts really bad and sometimes it just there but either way we have a fracture of the mind.  It doesn't mean that we have split personality, we just are wounded people that nobody ever seems to see.  We don't limp, we cry, we don't complain, we are silent, we don't look for sympathy, we would rather forget and even with all of that we still get accused of looking for pity or for someone just to say, "I'm sorry for your life."

The thing is our injury is no different than a broken bone.  When the rain comes it usually has a different name, in my case, it is when the night comes.  As the afternoon wanes and night approaches the same thing that happened to James with his broken leg happens to me, I am in pain. I limp differently, I get quiet and begin to stare off in the distance.  My mind goes to places that are not in my control.  I start night dreaming and I am not asleep yet.  I begin to become anxious about the fact I will have to go to sleep soon, I start pacing and getting up and down.  It is very obvious something is wrong, it seems to be written all over my face.

In the past people have asked me what is wrong,

Are you O.k.

Yes, I'm fine.

You don't look O.k. you are kind of white, do you need a drink of water? Whats going on?

Oh, its nothing really, I had a troublesome childhood and I get a little nervous as the sun goes down.

Hhmm, Oh, I better find a seat.

I am making this scenario up and just presenting a theory of why it is so difficult for us to get better.  I am not sure what experience you have had with other people but mine has been the moment somebody finds out that I have had a troublesome youth I am told,

"Well there are people with worse lives, I'm sure."

And that happens before they even know what has happened to me.  Or, my other favorite,

"Well you should think about today and the fact you are not a child anymore." "Where does your family live?"

Regardless we all know that nobody wants to know if you have had a problem with your childhood.  But like a broken bone, we too need some healing and are healing should involve meeting strangers that can be sympathetic without being obnoxious  with pity which most of us really don't want anyway. We don't want your pity it just makes us feel worse for even mentioning the reason that we have turned this lovely ashen color.  Just like you pull muscles and ligaments with a break, we pull the same things in our brain when we are injured with your words.

Don't take it personally, its just the way he is.

I hate that saying because I do take it personally and why are we the ones that should be quiet and not the ones that others say, "Don't take it personally, they rage, its just the way they are."  No, in our case we must be the perfect host and hostess for society, at all costs, which is always the toll that we pay for ourselves. We shouldn't have to pay for you too. I think that yesterday a person fractured and old break in my mind with his words, (Imagining it is like a break in your arm, a hairline fracture) the way he walked, all the screaming, with the yelling and with the lack of empathy towards a very badly hurt human being.  He broke open what had healed shut so long ago. The memories are now the reality with all of the pieces back in place in my mind of a very particular time in my life.  I have never been able to figure it out.  It just broke and as my mind began to see what it was with such clarity, I began to realize that people don't want us to get better and get through the trauma, they just want us to get over it, forgetting what has happened to us.  A big difference, don't you think?  Why would people, strangers if you will want such a thing from us?  Are we really that much work to be around?  Normally we, as a collective are extremely hard workers and in general very quiet, so that can't be it.  What is it?  Are they afraid that they will have to get real in there life and hear a real story of abuse?  Not just one on T.V. that you can donate to a foundation and make yourself feel better, almost as if you had done something for somebody?

Are we just a story or are we just material for the next horror movie or next weeks T.V. news brief on abuse and torture as a child? How do you survive the pain?  Are we only an hour long Dr Phil or Oprah Show. Are we the movie "The Exorcism of Emily Rose." based on a real person that you never meet because she is dead?  Are we the news caption on NBC next weeks morning show. Are we the mini-series that ABC is promoting for bigger ratings to sell more time share on the station.  Are we just the example of what is never real and you only see on the television or the big screen?  Are we nothing in comparison to you? Can we not be alive? Or are we only good enough to be gossiped about and feel sorry for if we happen to be dead at the point our story is told?

Wounded mind, fractured brain, that is me today.  Keep saying the things that you are saying and my clarity will deepen within the confines of my mind, making the memories the reality that you will have to read.

The tragedy is that its all good for you if there is a screen between us.  I make great dinner conversation,  I make a great movie as long as I die in the end, I am fantastic gossip for those that love to spread the news of a troubled life, I make a great good-will story for somebody donating money to prevent suicide, I make Cocktail Parties more interesting when my mother attends, I make a great everything as long as I remain unseen or dead.  But the reality of having to look at one us makes you feel uncomfortable because you are embarrassed about us in person, we evoke that reaction.  So, the one thing that I really wanted in my life, which was to not be embarrassed all the time by what has happened to me, will never come to be.  All because you cannot bare to see the tragic life of a person that is still alive and fighting like hell to get through this all with you.  We bother you that much, but you bother me more, I'm not capable of being anyone but myself and I seem to bring you the horror of the reality that some kids live through the drownings, the beatings, the drugs given to them in their bottles, some kids make it, we survive to watch the trials of mothers like Casey Anthony, live on CNN.  Just think, if her kid had made it, just like me, you wouldn't being having a trial with her mother, you would be turning your back and saying, "Some people have worse lives than you do, just get over it."

Some of us have those worse lives, some of us are me. I wrote this two years ago, when I first began to express on paper my pain, my wounded mind had begun to fracture.  Breaking away the walls that kept this all so neat tidy for you, not for me.  So that I could walk freely amongst you in society while never disturbing your mind, your brain or your life.  How apropo this poem ends up to be today.

Prepare

Prepared for this since I was Five.
See not my face, my eyes don't lie.
In time, through grace, in space, in sine.
Know where, know place, I do not waste.
Don't help, don't stare, don't scream, don't share!
Despair of mine is no disgrace.
Just a time, in such thin space.

Hello, it's Me

I'm in my Head,
but I'm not dead.
What comes instead may cause you dread.
Move on, move out, don't run about.
The stream of words you bleed are out.
Not red, not green, not blue, know doubt,
It's not the money when I shout.

Hello, it's ME
It's ME,
You see?

The sky goes dark when you remark,
the hatred must! hit its mark.
No eyes you need, I bring you Heed!
Go blind, go hate, but don't be late.
For I am here and very near.
the fear that comes into my feet,
will carry me across, it's neat.
The cost is high,
so please, don't sigh.

Hello, It's me,
it's me,
do you see?

(Wouldn't it just be a funny kind of revenge if every poem I have written on this blog works into something I am writing presently and can be better understood than when the poem is standing alone. Just like the last three have shown to be.  Strangely odd don't you think?)

News From James Blunt: Third Time Lucky In Afghanistan

2am departure from RAF Brize Norton (Mon 27 Feb)

By James Blunt (Formerly Capt J H Blount LG)

I am, as I write, nervously seated in an RAF Tristar circling over Dubai. The plane came into service in 1972 - over 40 years ago. It has gone out of service now, with me aboard it, at 33,000 feet.

Our journey had started 13 hours earlier, at 2am from RAF Brize Norton. Unusually for the hour, the Movements Officer was still on duty to oversee our departure, I was informed. We had arrived at the Oxfordshire base by taxi, were escorted across the foggy, orange-lit runway passed the ageing aircraft in which I find myself now, and led into a small waiting room with some coffee, sandwiches and a silent Brigadier reading his Kindle in the corner.

The more important cargo was in the large hall next door - a hundred or so soldiers, who we were accompanying as they deployed to Afghanistan. Looking at them, a memory from a past life flooded over me. I have been here, some 13 years earlier, en route to Kosovo.

Tonight, we flew via Hanover to pick up more soldiers, via Cyprus to refuel and on to our final destination - Camp Bastion in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. As we took off on the final leg from RAF Akrotiri, my keyboard player sitting beside me said cheerfully, "Well it looks like you will get there this time! Third time lucky, huh?"

Third time. I have travelled with soldiers en route to Afghanistan three times. I have spent seven full days in the hands of those whose job it is to get men and equipment into battle. I have done so of course unpaid and at the request of the Armed Forces. And every single time, myself and the soldiers I have been travelling with have failed to get there.

The first time, we'd flown from London to Dubai, and sat on a runway for three days while they tried unsuccessfully to fix our broken aircraft or find another. The soldiers I was with said they were very used to it. In a way, they didn't mind - it was three less days being shot at, but for the soldiers who were at the other end being picked up to come home with wives and girlfriends anxiously waiting for them, and until recently, those lost days cut from their official R&R (Rest & Relaxation) allowance, it must have been wildly irritating. And for those soldiers going into battle that day without their buddies who are delayed in Dubai, it must be life-threatening, to the extent that the Special Forces soldiers I was with went online to buy civilian flights into Kandahar with their own money.

My second attempt was at Christmas over a year ago. Snow was putting added pressure on the task of transporting manpower. Check-in had moved, along with the soldiers, from Brize Norton to East Midlands airport, but boarding was initially delayed due to difficulties with loading the packed meals (I struggled to fully understand this, and can't believe it was true. Surely just give the guys their packed meals as they climb the steps? But that was the reason given for the initial delay). When we were eventually bussed across the apron, I saw an old charter plane in the distance and laughed internally at whichever poor buggers were going to end up on it. We did. For seven hours. Of course it didn't work, so a replacement part was sent for and flown in, and we stayed on board because there weren't enough buses to take us to the terminal, so the crew had to stay on board with us, so that when the part had arrived and been fitted and the plane was fixed - the crew had done too many hours and the flight was cancelled. I was told it took the soldiers three days to get into theatre that time. They were paid during this time, by you and I, the taxpayer, and I'm sure they're grateful. But I'm also sure it's not how you and I wanted our tax money spent.

And now here I am, with more soldiers, failing to get to a war we have been fighting like this for 10 years. And although the military says they are under-funded, and more funds have been sent, I have to wonder if the funds are being spent in the right place? Sure, the soldiers are much better equipped, I can see that. But they can be as well dressed as you like sitting waiting on an airfield in the middle of nowhere, but it's not going to scare the Taliban that much. And you can ask me to come and raise (or perhaps lower, in my case) morale as much as you like, but if you can't get them home to see their families on time, you've done that for me.

And so, as I write to you more than six miles above the desert in the Middle East, we learn from the ever-calm Loadmaster that this iconic old aircraft we are in, the same era as the Triumph TR6, that we bought second-hand to get us to the Falklands War in 1982 from British Airways, has got an air leak. It has become very cold and we've put combat jackets and overcoats on, and eventually flown the four hours back to Cyprus to land. The soldiers were led away to a hanger for their overnight stay - this happens often enough that the hanger is pre-prepared as temporary accommodation.

The next day we are led out to a different Tristar which takes off, but soon develops a problem with the undercarriage. It won't close properly and after several attempts, we fly out to sea to dump our fuel before returning to Cyprus. If I'm honest, I'm scared. I don't need to be here. I have a very happy life on a safer kind of tour. Maybe this is why I left the army to inflict you all with my music? Blame the RAF. Right now, I blame Catherine Jenkins (she's on the plane too). For a second day in a row, we're circling in a knackered old plane hoping to get down alive.

And as we land, and say we've had enough, and get a Monarch flight home the next day, leaving a bunch of Great British soldiers sitting on the runway beside two broken planes that should have been decommissioned well over 10 years ago, and as two hundred soldiers sit in Camp Bastion whiling away the hours hoping their wives frustrations aren't boiling over into anger, and as the few thousand remaining soldiers in theatre advance to make contact with an enemy you and I will never meet, in a country I will never go to, at a cost in life and limb to a brave few and vast sums of money to the nation at a time when we hope our institutions are spending money as wisely as possible, I ask what's going wrong? Why can't we deliver people to the front line as required? Have we bought too many fast jets and not enough transport aircraft? Is it down to mis-management of resources, or painfully enacted bureaucracy at senior level? I don't know. I know I can see huge inefficiencies in deploying man-power and huge amounts of money being wasted. The fuel we dumped over the Mediterranean was worth fifty-five thousand pounds at the pumps alone.

I know that every soldier, airman, Non-Commissioned Officer and Officer that I met was professional, hard-working and keen. Every single one was charming and a pleasure to meet. Every single one made me proud to have met them. But every single one was also resigned. Resigned to the fact that someone, somewhere has constructed a vastly expensive system that simply doesn't deliver.

Either that, or they REALLY don't want me to sing to them in Afghanistan.

Broken down in RAF Akrotiri after developing an air leak over Dubai. (Mon 27th Feb)

24 Hours later, we have a new (well, different) 40 year old Tristar.

After takeoff, we had a problem with the undercarriage and had to dump fuel before we could land

Two broken 40 year old Tristars

The MSM / Vitamin C Treatment For Cancer

Safety Notice #1:
Do not take Organic Sulfur if you are taking high doses of aspirin or any type of blood thinner!!
Safety Notice #2:
This protocol issynergisticwith chemotherapy and makes chemotherapy more effective and less damaging!! However, if you are on any other type of prescription drug, doNOTuse Organic Sulfur until after you talk to your pharmacist and physician about using high doses of Organic Sulfur (2 or 3 TABLEspoons of the crystals a day) with your prescription drugs. That is what pharmacists get paid to do.
Safety Notice #3:
Do not drink any form of tap water with this protocol, as tap water contains chlorine which can neutralizeMSM. Use the hot water faucet if you are going to drink tap water or if you are going to use cold water, make sure it sits for at least an hour before using.

NOTICE:
For those who are taking the Budwig Diet (e.g. Cellect-Budwig, Bill Henderson protocols, etc.)MSMandVitamin Cshould NOT be used within 3 hours of the Budwig Diet, on both sides. It is perfectly safe to takeMSMandVitamin C, but not within the 3 hours on both sides.

1)Organic Sulfur (Sometimes CalledMSM)

Organic sulfur IS MSM, but MSM is not necessarily organic sulfur. Do notbuy MSMunless you are certain it is pure pure organic sulfur (i.e. it has no fillers or chemicals). This website endorses an “Organic Sulfur” vendor which sells pure MSM.
“Organic Sulfur Water” is made by putting 16 TABLEspoons of true organic sulfur into a gallon jug of purified water (which has ZERO chlorine in it) or distilled water.
If you use distilled water it can actually help detoxification, such as removing heavy metals.
If you use tap water, either use the tap water from the “hot” faucet (and let it cool off) or let the water sit for at least an hour before putting any organic sulfur in it!!!
NOTE: MSM is almost as safe to drink as water (based on LD-50). An adult could double, triple or even quadruple the doses of “MSM Water” in this article and still be perfectly safe!!Doses for taking the “MSM Water” (taken from a gallon jug of water with MSM put into it) are discussed below.
For those who have had chemotherapy, or are currently on chemotherapy, they need to take “MSM Water” every day to help the chemotherapy target the cancer cells. This will also be explained below.
True organic sulfur can deal with pain (because it gets oxygen inside the cells) and it can deal with inflammation for the same reason. But this oxygen also can kill the microbes inside the cancer cells which in turn can revert the cancer cells into normal cells. See the “What Causes Cancer” article, which is linked to on the left side-bar, which is the column of links on the left side of most pages.
Organic Sulfur can also take the “trash” out of the cell every 12 hours. It can also get rid of heavy metals, which is important for many cancer patients and most patients with brain disorders. This also means that cancer patients with brain fog may benefit from this treatment, depending on what is causing the brain fog.
While organic sulfur is a superb cancer treatment by itself, addingVitamin Cis like adding chocolate sauce to vanilla ice cream.
The difference between true “organic sulfur” and inferior MSM is so important it could mean the difference between life and death when using this protocol!!!
Air is 21% oxygen. Water is 89% oxygen. The oxygen from air gets to the lungs, heart and muscles. However, it is the oxygen from water that needs to get inside the cells both to make the cells healthy, to give them energy and to kill microbes inside the cells.
True organic sulfur is what grabs the oxygen from the water and transports the oxygen inside the cells. This produces a surge of oxygen into the cancer cells.
There is no way to describe the importance of true organic sulfur in the treatment of cancer, brain disorders and many other health conditions!! Every part of the human body (including the brain) is made of cells. Getting sulfur and oxygen inside these cells is critical for all aspects of health!!
Organic sulfur comes in one pound bags. It is more cost-effective to buy two pounds (i.e. two bags), or more, at a time. Here is anapproved vendorof true “organic sulfur”:

2)ZERO Intake of Chlorinated Water

AtNO time, and underNO circumstances, should you drink any water or any other liquid with chlorine in it!!!
Chlorine in water will damage the effectiveness of true organic sulfur. What chlorine does is block the oxygen from getting inside the cells. It is necessary to guarantee you are not consuming any chlorine.
THIS SECTION APPLIES TOALL DAY, NOT JUST WHEN MAKING THE TRUE ORGANIC SULFUR WATER!!!
There are several ways to insure you are not taking chlorinated water.
First, drink your water solely from the “hot water” side of your faucet, even if the water is cold. The water that comes from the hot water tank, even if it is cold, has had its chlorine dissolved.
It is also important to not take the water from the “hot water” side of the faucet until it has run for a few seconds to make sure no cold water is still in the pipes.
A second way to get rid of chlorine is to squeeze the juice from one or two lemons in the tap water and let it sit for at least 20 minutes!! This will also make sure the chlorine is dissolved.

3)Drink Enough Non-Chlorinated Water

For each pound (U.S. pound) take half that number in ounces of non-chlorinated water.
For example, if the patient weighs 200 pounds, they should drink at least 100 ounces of non-chlorinated water to aid this protocol.
Drinking this water should be spread out during the day.

4)Get Out In The Sun For 30 Minutes a Day

Ultraviolet light from the sun is important for this protocol. As a minimum the face and bare arms should be in the sunlight for half-an-hour each day. Cloudy days, except for when there are very thick clouds, counts for this time.
For those who cannot get out in the sun, due to health or weather, they can use an Ultraviolet A lamp indoors. DoNOTuse an Ultraviolet B or Ultraviolet C lamp.
They are available where-ever party (i.e. a teen-age party) products are sold. They are also sold on the Internet.
For example, a person can lay on the floor or bed and have a light next to their naked leg, either on the side or above the leg. All of the black light should be beside or above flesh.
I would also not use it where the head is for concerns that dental amalgam will be released. Use the leg or arm or body, as long as it is below the neck. Wearing a surgeon’s mask will help protect any dental amalgam from being released by the UV light.
Also, I am concerned about dehydration if the person uses an ultraviolet A lamp (at the ICRF we researched ultraviolet light so we understand the safety issues). Put a damp cloth on the skin, AFTER the use of the ultraviolet lamp, for a few minutes.

5)Take 1/2 TEAspoon of “Real Salt” Daily

Real Salt” is a specific brand of salt and it isloadedwith a vast number of natural minerals which are important for oxygen transports and many other purposes.
See this website to purchase the product (the dose is 1/2 TEAspoon a day):

6)One or Two Drops of 5% LugolIodine

The Food and Drug Administration has limited certain concentrations and volumes ofiodinefrom being available to the general public.
The dose is one or two drops of5% iodinea day. I would put it in a small glass of purified water.

The MSM/Vitamin CTreatment For Cancer

For the rest of this article, the “organic sulfur” mentioned above will be referred to as “MSM.”
MSMby itself, at high doses (two tablespoons of the crystals), is avery superbcancer treatment for advanced cancer patients because of its ability to get rid of lactic acid in the bloodstream, kill microbes in the bloodstream, etc.
MSM can be taken in almost unlimited doses (see it’s LD-50 using Google).
However, in this protocol high doses of Vitamin C (the Lypo-Spheric version) are added to the MSM to make it into a protocol that can also revert many cancer cells into normal cells. see this article:
Lipo-spheric or Lipo Spheric or lipospheric Vitamin C and Liposomal Vitamin C (they are largely the same thing) can be purchased online or you can make them at home. Just use Google to find commercial versions of “Lipo Spheric” Vitamin C (which may be a trademarked version).
See also:
Dr. Mercola (www.mercola.com) has an excellent version of Liposomal Vitamin C but you may need to use Google or contact them to find it on their website.
Here is another article on how to make Liposomal Vitamin C using an ultrasonic cleaner:
Making Liposomal Vitamin C With Ultrasonic Cleaner
This “MSM/Vitamin C Treatment” has as its goal:
1) To block the lactic acid cycle (i.e. the cachexia cycle), by pulling lactic acid out of the bloodstream (lactic acid, the cachexia cycle, kills about 40% of all cancer patients),
2) Get key nutrients (e.g. Vitamin C) past the lactic acid blockade to help the cells.
3) Help clean microbes out of the bloodstream (which helps get other microbe-killing substances to the cancer cells by “clearing a path” in the bloodstream) and it helps build the immune system,
4) Help get microbe-killing substances (in this case Vitamin C and oxygen) inside the cancer cells, where they can revert the cancer cells into normal cells,
5) Make electromedicine devices (which have a “carrier wave”) more effective (e.g. High RF Frequency Protocol devices).
Note:To understand how #4 is possible, read the “What Causes Cancer” article which is linked to on the left side-bar and remember that some MSM converts toDMSOand opens the ports of the cancer cells.
This protocol can be a supplemental treatment for other highly effective cancer treatments or specific treatments can be added to the “MSM/Vitamin C” protocol to make it into a complete cancer protocol.

About This Treatment

MSM is known by the following names:
MSM
methylsulfonylmethane
methyl-sulfonyl-methane
DMSOO
DMSO2 and other names.
MSM is a natural product found throughout nature. MSM is an incredibly safe product. In fact, it is almost as safe to drink as purified water!!
The LD-50, which is a standard measurement of the dose of a product that would kill half of the people who took it, for MSM, is 2,000 grams a day. This is astronomical and is an indication of the complete safety of MSM!!
The doses of MSM in this protocol are about 24 grams a day (i.e. two tablespoons of the crystals). Children should take a proportionately lower dose.
MSM is used for a wide, wide array of health issues. It is mainly used as an oxygen transport, to remove lactic acid from the bloodstream, as a pain killer and as a product to increase circulation.
Like its cousinDMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide) it can penetrate the skin, but unlikeDMSOit will not carry other substances through the skin with it. Also it does not cause any body odor, whichDMSOcertainly will do.
As far ascanceris concerned, it is used in the following ways:
1) As an oxygen transport,
2) To kill microbes in the bloodstream for several reasons,
3) To help sweep lactic acid out of the bloodstream to prevent cachexia,
4) To get microbe-killing substances (such as Vitamin C) inside of cancer cells to help revert cancer cells into normal cells,
5) To reduce swelling and inflammation (e.g. for brain cancer) and
6) To help reduce pain (via removing lactic acid from the blood).
Dealing with lactic acid (which is frequently a major cause of pain) and the cachexia cycle, and dealing with the microbes in the bloodstream should be aTOPpriority after a patient is stable (and quite frankly, from day one after diagnoses of the cancer)!!
The “lactic acid cycle” (i.e. cachexia) is caused by the following:
1) Glucose enters into the cancer cells and is converted into lactic acid and is released into the bloodstream,
2) The lactic acid (via the bloodstream) goes to the liver and the liver converts it into glucose,
3) The glucose goes back to the cancer cells and the cycle starts again (go to Step 1).
Both end points of this cycle consume enormous amounts of energy.
There are several ways to deal with the deadly cachexia cycle:
1) MSM removes lactic acid in the bloodstream, thus the lactic acid cannot get to the liver,
2) Hydrazine sulphate blocks the conversion of lactic acid into glucose in the liver,
3) Anything that kills cancer cells helps block the cycle (less cancer cells means less lactic acid),
4) Anything that reverts cancer cells into normal cells also helps block the cycle (ditto).
This protocol deals with items #1 and #4.
In addition, the lactic acid cycle makes cancer patients weak, causes massive pain and can therefore reduce their will to live!!
Lactic acid can be just as dangerous as the cancer cells!!
While hydrazine sulphate does an excellent job of dealing with stopping the production of lactic acid, few people like to use it because of its numerous safety warnings, meaning it almost has to be used by itself.
Vitamin C is added to the MSM specifically to revert cancer cells into normal cells (item #4 above), but it also kills microbes in the bloodstream.
This “MSM/Vitamin C Treatment” is designed specifically to deal with cachexia, microbes in the bloodstream, reverting cancer cells into normal cells, etc. And it does this without using hydrazine sulphate.

WARNING WARNING

A small percentage of people will get a skin rash if they take MSM internally. The skin rash is harmless, but it does itch and indicates the personcannot use this protocol because of an allergy to MSM.
To test for this rash, take ONLY 1 TEAspoon of “MSM Water” (aka “Organic Sulfur Water”), which is a very small amount of MSM. If you get a skin rash you shouldnottake this protocol.
If you do not get a skin rash within two hours, take 1 TABLEspoon of “MSM Water.” If you do not get a skin rash in two more hours, you can take this protocol.

How To Make “MSM Water”

To make “MSM Water,” take a gallon jug of water which has ZERO chlorine in it. Use either purified water or tap water that has been out of the faucet for at least an hour before using it.
Put 16 TABLEspoons of “Organic Sulfur” (MSM) into the one gallon jug of water.
It may take an hour for the organic sulfur to totally dissolve. To speed up this process shake the gallon jug every few minutes.
Once the organic sulfur has totally dissolved, and you do not see any crystals in the bottom of the jug, the “MSM Water” is made.
A person could put into the gallon jug 30 or 40 drops of “Cell Food” (a trace mineral supplement) as a way to get some trace minerals into the body. This is recommended but not required.
Do not refrigerate it, let it sit at room temperature.

Adding Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C to the “MSM Water”

While the MSM water, by itself, may be able to revert cancer cells into normal cells; it is best to be on the safe side and add other things to the protocol that can definitely revert cancer cells into normal cells.
Thus, Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C, a high quality, very gentle brand of Vitamin C, has been added. Vitamin C kills microbes and the portion of the MSM that converts to DMSO (and perhaps some of the MSM itself) will “open” the ports of the cancer cells to allow microbe-killing substances inside the cancer cells.
A person cannot start out with high doses of MSM water because their stomach will not be accustomed to drinking it. Thus, instructions for the use of MSM water are more complicated than might be expected.

(NOTE #1:Vitamin C should always be taken 1/2 hour AFTER MSM. This allows the MSM 1/2 hour to open the ports of the cancer cells for the Vitamin C to enter in.)
(NOTE #2:LIPH(see MSM/LIPH) is frequently taken with MSM. Likewise, “Secret Product” (see the Dirt Cheap Protocol) is frequently taken with Lipospheric Vitamin C. Thus, the above protocol would be more effective if it were done thusly:
MSM/LIPH, then one-half hour later: Vitamin C with one Secret Product (done twice a day).

Doses of MSM Water (and Build-Up) – For an Adult

As mentioned above, a person should start with 1 TEAspoon of MSM water to test for allergies.
Two hours later you can start the “build-up.”

Day 1 Build-Up:

Take 4 TABLEspoons of “MSM water” (the “MSM Water” comes from the gallon jug you just made).
At this point check for nausea or rashes caused by the MSM water. One-half hour later take 1 gram of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C,
Three hours later take 6 TABLEspoons of MSM water followed 1/2 hour later by 1 gram of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C,
Three hours later take 8 TABLEspoons of MSM water followed 1/2 hour later by 1 gram of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C.
That is all for Day 1. The first day achieved two purposes. First, was to get your stomach used to taking MSM. Second, and just as important, was to avoid too much Herxheimers. Herxheimers, although it is harmless, can make a person very sick and can scare a person from taking more MSM. It is caused by a massive die-off of microbes in the bloodstream. When the microbes die-off they release toxins. If there are too many toxins in the blood it can make a person sick and/or cause “brain fog.”
Also note that a person should drink plenty ofpurifiedwater or “ozonated” water or “ionized” water or distilled water every day.

Day 2:

1) Take 8 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later, 2 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C,
2) Three hours later take 10 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later, 2 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C,
3) Three hours later take 11 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later, 2 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C.

Day 3 and Thereafter (i.e. Ongoing Dose):

1) Take 12 TABLEspoons ofMSM/LIPH, 1/2 hour later, 2 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C PlusSecret Product,
2) Two or Three hours later take 12 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later, 2 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C,
3) Two or Three hours later take 12 TABLEspoons ofMSM/LIPH, 1/2 hour later, 2 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C PlusSecret Product,
4) Two or Three hours later take 12 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later,1gram of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C.
5) Two or Three hours later take 12 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later,1gram of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C.
Note #1:Note thatMSM/LIPHis taken five times a day and note thatSecret Productis taken twice a day. The safe dose of MSM is pretty much unlimited.
Note #2:For those who have been on chemotherapy, or are still on chemotherapy, they should increase the dose on Day 4 and thereafter to 16 TABLEspoons of MSM water plus, 1/2 hour later, 4 grams of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C and continue this dose.

Other Important Comments

How much MSM water per day you take is up to you, but a dose of 44 or 64 TABLEspoons of MSM water a day is perfectly safe for anyone except small children.
People react differently to the higher doses. Some will get a strange feeling in their head (caused by flooding the brain with oxygen singlets – which is a good thing).
The build-up is critical!!
The “MSM/Vitamin C” protocol can be used as a highly effective supplemental protocol for other protocols. However, sometimes a slight adjustment must be made.

Using The “MSM/Vitamin C” Protocol With Chemotherapy

This protocolSHOULDbe used with chemotherapy. This protocol will help the chemotherapy target the cancer cells and will thus make the chemotherapy more effective and protect many of the non-cancerous cells!!
However, because high doses of chemotherapy are generally used by orthodox medicine, there should be a separate “build-up” of using MSM with chemotherapy to make sure there are no unwanted side effects caused by using MSM with chemotherapy. Use the same build-up as someone who had never used MSM would use.
For other prescription drugs (i.e. non-chemotherapy), note that a small amount of the MSM taken in this protocol will convert into DMSO. DMSO may enhance the effectiveness of prescription drugs, thus the cancer patient may effectivelyoverdoseon their prescription drugs. Use a “build-up” for this situation, but first ask your pharmacist about taking any drug except chemotherapy with MSM.
Likewise, for those on time-release drugs, watch for side-effects during the “build-up” of using this protocol.
