Stress or Strain



Mornings are filled with air,
sweet release and the ability,
to say hello to your day. 

("Hi!")

As the early breath wanes into
the afternoon heat and you
loose your rest in depth,
close your inner eye
and ease your outside tide.

("Hi!")

Exposing night may bring on
flight, don't panic and run
from sleep, open your eye and 
say goodbye to a day of stress 
and strain.

("Hi!")
